FAQ: FAQ

Do I stay fully clothed to have a Reiki treatment?

Yes. I work a lot in the aura. The aura is around your body. Occasionally, I may lay my hands onto the body.

How often should I have a treatment?

To get the best experience and results it’s beneficial to have a treatment weekly for three weeks then to have maintenance treatments every two-four weeks.

Can I have a treatment if I’m pregnant?

All treatments can be performed safely from 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you have any worries or concerns please do discuss these with your midwife before attending and myself at your initial assessment.

What do I wear for a treatment?

Wear something that you are comfortable in.

How much do you charge?

I charge a set fee of £40 for a treatment session. It usually lasts 1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins.  A treatment session may involve combining crystals and reiki. I always do chakra balancing as part of every treatment.
