Helping You Find Balance

Since 2005, I've helped adults and children therapeutically to empower themselves. At the time I was teaching, starting my counselling and my holistic journey.  My spiritual awakening started 4 years ago. I joined a spiritual and wellbeing group where my interest in reiki and meditation began. Being an empath, I've always felt people's emotions on a deeper level. I don't have to speak to someone to hear how they are feeling, I can sense this, I follow my intuition when treating them. I'm committed to working with the 'whole' person in a holistic approach. 

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I offer treatments and Reiki training alongside Crystal Healing therapy.
